Goodbye Winter, Hello Spring and Goal Burnout

While I love Winter, I am looking forward to the coming Spring! Running outside, wearing skirts without leggings and brisk morning hikes. This Spring is going to be simplistic and perfect.
You know that amazing feeling of accomplishment you get from writing down your goals in the beginning of January? Or is it just me? I love writing in a new notebook all the things I want to learn, achieve and do at the beginning of the year.

But then February rolls around and I haven't even made a dent in my over zealous, grandiose, all encompassing Goal List.

So I have started something new.

Goals in bite size bits. Rather than list of 47 things I want to accomplish by the end of 2014, I will list things I want to do by the month. Starting............... Now.

Begin running, run the 10k in Asheville I haven't run much since then though!
Stretch the Rooster Canvas, put it in the Art Show (totally out of my comfort zone) I just received word that I got honorable mention in the Art Show! Whoo Hoo!!
Cut out Pop completely (yikes! Water con bubbles here I come) Made it the whole month, tried it again, didn't like it as much!
Finish reading, Women Living Well and All Over But The Shoutin' I finished All Over But The Shoutin', but misplaced Women Living Well

Memorize 1 Bible verse Matthew 5:5 And Jesus said: Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. (had to fix a few words but I almost got it!)
Get rid of a 100 things And more!
Make 1 Thing from Pinterest Felt Flower Pin

Have you kept up with you New Years Resolutions? What's one of your favorite goals you have accomplished?

Have an Epic Monday!
